Requirements: Knowledge in electronics-social media; ability to provide positive feedback; ability to separate the 1980's from now; ability to have a substantial amount of patience and poise against all odds.

Being a parent, I have so much respect for my mom and dad. I see how their actions or inactions have affected me. Our ability to create balance and educate our kids that patience is an incredible trait and in this time a forgotten characteristic.

Effort, commitment and being selfless are all characteristics that I have found to be needed to create a positive experience in any endeavor let alone a sports endeavor. Playing sports may not pay the bills but it can help create character traits that will help build fine young men and women.
