Injury and Prevention

 

Injuries are a part of the game.  Playing a sport such as basketball requires great skill and conditioning.  An injury can be a debilitating circumstance to any player. Injuries are what most players would like to avoid.  Questions?

    - What should I do if I have tendonitis?

    - When should I exercise to regain mobility and strength?

    - What is proprioception?

Information is a great asset.  Learn more about what you should be doing if you are an injured athlete.  Remember that you should seek medical attention with your family doctor, and/or team physician.  Do not hesitate.  Act Now!!!
